Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
LibroWorld sells digital eBooks only. As digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds and returns are limited to the situations described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase;
- The eBook has not been downloaded or read substantially online; or
- There was a technical issue such as duplicate billing, failed access, or a corrupted file.
Refunds are generally not available once content has been downloaded or heavily consumed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please email help@libroworld.com with your order number, eBook title, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Replacements & Access Issues
If you experience issues accessing or downloading an eBook, we will attempt to restore access or provide a replacement file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered.
5. No Physical Returns
Because all products are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply.
6. Region-Specific Consumer Rights
Depending on your location (including the UK, EU, or certain US states), local consumer protection laws may grant additional rights. Where such laws apply, they will prevail over this policy.
